Summary: We collect only what we need to run the service. We do not sell your data. We use Stripe for payments (we never see your card details), Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to understand how people find us, and your trading data stays yours.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address. This is used to create your account, send you product emails, and contact you about your subscription.

Trading data: Trade logs, rule sets, challenge parameters, AI debrief outputs, and session transcripts that you enter or generate within the app. This data is used solely to provide the PropCoach AI service to you.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Usage data: We collect anonymized data about how you use the app — pages visited, features used, session duration — via Google Analytics 4. This helps us improve the product.

Cookies and tracking pixels: We use cookies for session management and analytics. We use the Facebook Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure marketing effectiveness. You can opt out via our cookie consent banner.

Session recordings (Pro+ plan): If you use the session recorder feature, your audio is transcribed locally in your browser using the Web Speech API. Transcripts are sent to the Anthropic Claude API for analysis. We do not store audio recordings — only the text transcript and the AI analysis output.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and trading data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 90 days to allow reactivation, then deleted. You can request immediate deletion by emailing privacy@YOUR_DOMAIN.com.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, opt out of marketing emails, opt out of analytics cookies, and port your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@YOUR_DOMAIN.com.

7. California residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell personal information. 8. EU/UK residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU or UK, our legal basis for processing your data is: contract performance (account and service), legitimate interests (product improvement, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing emails, analytics cookies). 9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, secure password hashing, and limited employee access to user data. Payment data is never stored on our servers — it is handled entirely by Stripe.

10. Children

PropCoach AI is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
