Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PropCoach AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paid subscribers.

2. Description of service

PropCoach AI provides a web-based tool for traders to log their trading sessions, track compliance with self-defined trading rules, and receive AI-generated feedback on their trading behavior. The Service does not execute trades, provide market data, or offer investment advice.

3. Free trial and subscription

Free trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

Paid subscription: After the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate for your plan ($49/month for Pro, $79/month for Pro+). Billing continues until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by law.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

5. Refund policy

We offer refunds in the following circumstances: (a) technical failures preventing access to the Service that we are unable to resolve within 48 hours; (b) duplicate charges due to billing errors. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge to support@YOUR_DOMAIN.com. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or trading outcomes.

6. NOT financial advice

PropCoach AI is an accountability and journaling tool only. The AI-generated debriefs, coaching reports, and pattern analyses are based solely on the data you input. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. PropCoach AI has no knowledge of current market conditions, your full financial situation, or the suitability of any trading strategy for your circumstances. Always make trading decisions based on your own analysis and, where appropriate, advice from a qualified financial professional.

7. No guarantee of trading results

PropCoach AI makes no representations or warranties that use of the Service will result in passing a prop firm challenge, improved trading performance, profitability, or any other trading outcome. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all funds in your trading account. Past performance of any trading strategy is not indicative of future results.

8. User responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information when setting up your account and rules; use the Service only for lawful purposes; not share your account credentials with others; not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service; not use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws.

9. Prop firm compliance

PropCoach AI is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any prop firm including FTMO, Topstep, Apex Trader Funding, MyFundedFutures, The Funded Trader, Lucid Trading, or any other firm. Prop firm rules built into the Service are based on publicly available information and may not reflect current or complete firm policies. Always verify prop firm rules directly with your firm. We are not responsible for challenge failures resulting from inaccurate rule information.

10. Intellectual property

The PropCoach AI name, logo, website, and application code are our intellectual property. Your trading data, rule sets, and session transcripts remain your property. We have a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPCOACH AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [YOUR STATE], and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
